Endocrine 🧬
Every gland, every hormone, and every mirror-image disorder pair — pituitary,
thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal and pancreas. Built so the opposites sit side by side ,
because that's where the exam questions live. Tap any card.

🧠 How to use this: endocrine is almost entirely mirror pairs , and the
exam lives in the reversals. These pages are deliberately built as matched opposites —
same layout, same diagram types, flipped findings — so you can put them side by side:
NG-284 / NG-285 hyper vs hypo thyroid · NG-282 SIADH vs DI ·
NG-287 Addison's vs Cushing's · NG-291 DKA vs HHS.
The one rule that saves the most marks: in primary thyroid disease TSH moves
opposite to T3/T4 (hyper = TSH low; hypo = TSH high). If they move the same
direction, the problem is the pituitary, not the thyroid.
Start with NG-278 if the hormones themselves are the shaky part — the three
Hall of Fame pages map every gland to what it secretes and what that hormone does.
⚠️ Always verify doses, lab ranges and thresholds against your course materials and facility policy.
